Lovely home cooked pub grub, great atmosphere, really friendly staff! Landlord has a great northern sense if humour, which can throw you a bit at first, but speaking to friends he's hilarious, good real ales, always has harvey's and other great ales, lovely open fire, and dog & child friendly too,
