Jesting aside, seriously this is a great place if you have any kind of back pain or trapped nerves or even shoulder and upper body injuries.
Don't let the ropey premises put you off the students there are brilliant amazingly attentive more probing during the diagnostic phase than doctors ever could be, and very sympathetic to people who are suffering.
As Beckyboo stated above, all the treatment from the students is overseen by the senior osteopathic lecturers who occasionally show their head in the treatment rooms to confirm the diagnosis and to observe the manipulation or advice that is being given to the patient.
Seven weeks ago I first tried this place with really bad sciatica and now things are practically back to normal the only thing left to do to improve the condition of my back is make sure that this time, as I promised myself before, to put myself in for a course of Pilates.
So if anyone here has a good review of Pilates instructor feel free to post or message me.
Another five-star rating!
After several visits to a private Osteopath with no relief for my back pain, I found the LSO online and their prices were half of what I was used to paying, plus for a longer appointment, so I thought… nothing to lose! And booked an appointment. I’ve only been twice but the relief for my back pain has been noticeable both times. It’s a college, so you are seen by a senior student and the supervisor. I have also been seen by a junior student (and the other two) so had all three discussing my back at one point! I think it takes a bit longer because they really discuss in depth what is causing you pain – but I find this reassuring as they know exactly what they’re talking about. I have found the students professional and very attentive, they seem to know exactly what kind of pain I am describing, and how to manipulate my muscles/joints to relieve it. £20 for a 1hr appointment is an absolute bargain in my eyes, and I would definitely recommend a visit here if you’re suffering from a bad back.

Try this for any sports injuries or broken bones. Although its a busy clinic the consultation is good and so are the treatments.Expect to be treated by senior students who nearing the end of their course, thoughly enjoyable.
Concessionary fees available for long-term consultations.
