Compliment

This tiny old fashioned bakery located in the heart of st.Fagans natural history museum sells the best bread I have ever tasted. The only problem is, it is part of the museum so buying bread regularly would be impossible unless you wanted to pay the entry fee to the museum every time you needed a loaf of bread. If you do visit St.Fagans I would advise in buying a loaf of bread and maybe one or two of their home made scones, with a jar of real strawberry jam from Gwalia supply which is about 2 minuets walk from the bakery. Queuing to get into the bakery can sometimes be a nightmare because it’s so small, but once your inside and the warm smell of fresh bread hits you, nothing else matters. They also sell a wide selection of old traditional welsh sweets, I’m not a big fan of these sickly treats, but you wont find them any ware else! The staff are really informative, and if you have any questions on the making of their bread they will gladly take you through the steps and even take you into the actual bakery where you can see the process of these heavenly loafs being made.
