How I yearn to return to this fab restaurant in Umbria. Super stylish, in the most chic shopping street of Citta di Castello, it's as busy as it deserves (very) and yet the service doesn't suffer.

The food offers something for all tastes from a child-friendly menu to superfine wood-fired pizza and the ultimate (for me) risotto with gorgonzola, pears, celery and the local rosso di montefalco wine. Amazing! The best risotto I have ever eaten! Sublime.... Accompanied by a glass of the house red (sangiovese) and you'll be smiling and replete. Also highly recommended (by me, again!) is the wonderful vegetable gratin starter - 'gobbi' sounds strange and doesn't easily translate - try it, you won't be disappointed!

The owner and his partner are always on hand to ensure that all runs smoothly and their attention to detail pays dividends.
