The No. 15 Bus

lol I can't believe a bus route has a review.
So it's only getting 3 stars.

Why only 3 stars? Well if it was a review of the old Routemaster vintage route, it would get 5 stars. Unfortunately progress got in the way of good service, and now they are annoying regular double deckers offering a 1-star service. The bus route runs all day, then becomes the N15 at night and travels further out. The N15 is a nightmare to take, you wait ages for a bus to come and when it does, you rarely get a seat. The regular 15 isn't much better.

As for the customer service, I haven't ever had good service from the bus driver on this (or any) London bus. Modern bus drivers seem to be incredibly rude. They never smile and they have a button for all the messages so they don't even need to speak.

That said, if I had to deal with the riff raff that uses this bus route every day, I'd probably be just as fed up as them.
