I have been suffering with a bad back for a few weeks now, too much driving and long working hours, I had a therapeutic massage this morning which included a physio tool and hot wraps at the end, I left feeling much much better as always.

I have been a regular visitor to Absolute Serenity since its early days in 2004. I have watched the business grow from modest and humble beginnings; to the relocation in 2006.I still continued to visit, although it was a little further to travel to the new location because I had found something at last that helped and was worth while, and it was something I looked forward to. l continued to visit and watched further and with admiration as the new location was refurbished and transformed to the elegant premises that exist today. I have suffered for a long time with lower back trouble; and the Aromatherapy with hot stones at the end really has helped. Sometimes the therapeutic massage which incorporated a physio tool was more suited, but I always left feeling much better than I did on arriving. Time, Care and attention to detail stands out as the ethos of this business. I have always found the staff, mostly ladies, to be courteous, friendly and professional. Their attention to detail and their caring attitude is something so rare today! I have great pleasure in recommending "Absolute Serenity", without any reservation or hesitation to any one whether they have pain or discomfort or just need to relax and be pampered, this IS the place to come.

I have been a regular at Absolute serenity for around three years,the treatment offered is excellent and your always made welcome, the rooms are spotless and the smell of burning oils and soft music playing makes you feel fully relaxed ,the massage itself carried out by Linda is wonderful and the muscles in my legs felt eased and my feet felt marvelous afterwards, before leaving i always get offered refreshments.
The one hour body massage is great valve and would recommend anyone to try it very soothing and therapeutic.

In October 2009 I have been a regular client visiting Absolute Serenity for a five full years. I feel very well and renewed in body and spirit after each visit.

The service has been wonderful, its a relaxing experience. I have also tried the Body Grooming.I recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS
From the moment you arrive you are spoilt and pampered.

I love the fact that the face and feet are included in my Aromatherapy - no one else offers to do that, and its a full one and a half hours pamper! The oils are especialy mixed for me, nothing is too much trouble and there is no rush!

I first discovered Absolute Serenity a few years ago when my daughter surprized me with a voucher for a pamper massage on Mothers'Day. I was welcomed warmly into fabulous professional premises and presented with a glass of bubbly, a present and a card to make my day memorable and special; it did, First impressions really do count! and now I return when ever I can as a special treat to me,

It was just what I needed, I have been visiting Serenity now for over three years; the standard of service has remained consistantly high.

I enjoy a firm massage after the Gym. I like the hot stones at the end and that is the beauty of it, your therapy is tailor made to suit you so I often get a manicure at the same time.

It is all the little things that add up - Free refreshments, and often the offer of a free taster or treat, Last time I had my eye brows shaped and tinted for nothing, Thamk you!

The on site parking is a bonus in a busy area, one less thing to worry about,you know you can relax for a few hours. I did used to go to a salon in the city centre, but the parking situation was so hopeless and expensive,and truthfully in comparison, for quality of service Absolutely Serenity is my first choice now.

I have a stressful job and busy home life so I was so glad to escape for some pampering into the care of trully professional therapists. They even surpized me with a specially prepared gift for my birthday! I loved the hot stone massage and the mixed oils they used were marvellous - I felt renewed and re vitilised. The premises are beautiful, second to none - its like escaping to another world, and so nice to be able to park off road. I will be ordering the gift sets they make at Christmas for gifts, they are fabulous, such good value for an original gift,Excellent quality.
