I had an absolute NIGHTMARE at Headmasters in Harrow. I decided to get some highlights- I asked for something subtle and ended up with bright colours like a punk! They did not really listen to what I wanted and were just keen to rush ahead and go home.I thought highlights were meant to be woven in- but I just got bright patches.In the end they rectified it by re-dyeing the hair to my natural coulour- but what an assault on the hair! and in the end I looked like I had no colours at all. I paid money for being really stressed.I don't think they should employ people who are not qualified- clearly no proffessional would have been so negligent and done such a shoddy job!

I have been to this salon and its a good place to have colouring done to your hair.If you are anything like me and use a lot of products on your hair especially if you like try out home colours-then at this salon they will if you ask remove and restore your old hair-colour. The cuts are good as well . I alwys like to tell the hairstylists as to how I would like to have cut or styled so there are not mistakes.
