Warren Evans may have a great advertisement campaign but their customer service is appalling. My bed collapsed after using it for two weeks due to a factory defect and instead of replacing it as soon as possible I had to wait for a whole month until they picked it up. I can understand things can have defects occasionally but a company should be apologetic or at least try to resolve the problem when they do something wrong. I had to sleep on the floor for a whole month and when finally they took the bed they didn’t want to admit that to “be too busy” is not an acceptable excuse to not deal with something like that.

Ordered a Brahms bed + mattress + bedside table. Simon, the guy who showed us around the Camden store was extremely helpful and friendly – the selling pitch was excellent, providing all of the information without making you feel pressured to purchase. The furniture arrived on the date agreed and look great! They were efficiently assembled by the friendly delivery guys. Definitely recommend this company and will use again if needed.

We ordered 2 studio beds and a Brahms bed and have been delighted with the service and quality of the product. The items arrived within a week of order and were assembled by two efficient and friendly men. The beds are so comfy. We recommend this firm highly. We would certainly use them again.

I was lucky enough to receive a Warren Evans bed as a housewarming gift from a generous relative (thanks Mum!) and really love this sustainable, solid-wood furniture. We've since gone on to buy a matching bedside table and wardrobe, and will no doubt be back to Warren Evans again.

Perhaps the best thing about Warren Evans is their brilliant customer service; they were very helpful on the phone when we chose our items and delivered them quickly and fully assembled, which was like a breath of fresh air after years of battling with flatpack stuff.

My only major gripe is that the mattress we bought from them was not as comfortable as I was hoping, despite being on the expensive side. This is a shame as comfort is the over-riding factor and I was disappointed to have to flesh it out with a mattress pad. If you can afford to stretch to one of their higher-end mattresses I would recommend it, although you will pay a lot.

The beds may be great if they ever arrive and customer service is appalling. After arranging the beds to be delivered on the 6th, I had to call them to find out why they hadn't called me two days beforehand with a time as they said. They said there seemed to be no log of the Friday delivery and the next available slot was Monday. Guess what, I still heard nothing so called again and again was told they had not been able to make the booking and it would now be Wednesday. I would recommend you look elsewhere as I have now spoken to one of their branch managers - Michelle - who was equally unhelpful. I am stunned as these beds are not cheap and you pay an additional £28 for delivery so it's not like they're doing you any favours. Go elsewhere frankly for your beds! I'm still waiting...they are not even worth the one star.

Warren Evans is so good - I’m stunned this is only the second review of it.

I think just about every single one of my friends has got their bed here. They have a variety of styles, types of wood, colours, sizes and mattresses to suit everyone - even bunk beds for the kids. They also have a range of other bedroom furniture. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you get the bed that is right for you.

You don’t have to wait for weeks for it once you have ordered it either - they can usually have your bed to you in a few days, and the super efficient delivery chaps will come in and put it together for you in about 5 minutes.

Prices are good value as well - not the cheapest thing you’ll ever going to buy, but its great quality stuff.

Can’t recommend it strongly enough if you are in the market for a bed - and enjoy trying out all the different mattresses in the showroom.
