Zed One is a great rehearsal studio. I've been mainly using this venue to rehearse with my band for the past six months, and it's been a pleasant experience all the way. The staff are really friendly and do all they can to help out, the rooms are on the larger side and we've hardly ever been turned away, even when booking late.
They have recently reduced their rates which has earned them a fifth star in this review!
Good gear, decent staff and it’s CLEAN.
I rehearsed here quite a few times a year or so ago till my band split up.
It was pretty difficult to get a weekday evening slot as they were almost always fully booked, but I’ve heard they’ve recently opened some more rooms.
I’ve been playing in bands (I’m a bass player) for a fair few years and would probably say that this is one of the best, if not the best mid priced studios in London.
