I like to make a complaint about the bad customer service in that store.
This week I was accused of trying to steal an item. I bought two item, but the assistant did not remove the tag from one of them. I had to go back to the store next day, due to the inefficiency of the staff who was dealing with my payment on the day I bought the item, who was clearly more interested in talking to another staff, than doing his job properly. The tag was never removed, I did not beep when I left, neither when I came back next day.
The manager accused me instantly of trying to get the refund with the day before receipt, I never said anything about money.
She called the metropolitan police and officer came, everything was subreal. They kept me in a room, with the security man by the door like am going to run away.
I dont know how the issue was resolved, the manager was rude. No apology was made and she never checked the stock in the first place.
I will not going back to any Zara store.
No customer service skills at all.

great selection of fairly priced clothes, always worth a visit as there is pretty much something for everyone

Whenever we’re in the West End I get dragged in here by my wife - well I say 'dragged’...what I mean is: I make out like I’m being dragged then I head downstair to see what’s in the men’s bit, because they actually do some decent stuff in here.
The prices are not ludicrous somewhere between H&M and Reiss) and the quality is pretty good. Some of it is a bit flash for my tastes but you’ll generally find something decent if you look.

Zara man do sell some nice cloths, and the price is not all that bad. There range is very good, especially in the formal clothing section. There jackets for all year round wear are really nice and reasonably priced. The selection is smaller than others stores but you can still get a great piece of clothing where ever you go.

Been there in the Christmas time. The store offered a great range of products and some excellent offers. The price was good value. The shop was also quite big and has two floors. You couldn’t miss this place for clothes especially you don’t want to spend all money in the posh places.

One of the better high street stores for mens fashion. Forget about Burton, Next and what have you. Zara both caters for those on a budget and those that want the best. Well designed and made clothes with all the popular 'looks’ on the shelves. Skip the sales here though unless you fall under stick thin or incredibly obese as there will be nothing left in the middle!

Zara is one of the shops on the high street that makes clothes for small and average sized people, basically everything seem to be slim fit sized which cater to slim and average audience, they have nice stuff and their clothes are averagely priced, they make nice shoes and their perfume smell really good.

For kids fashionable clothes I would definately recommend Zara. They have clothes from baby up to around 14 and they are definately some of the nicest clothes. They are cool, dressy casual fun- the lot , but the items can be dressed up/down. The clothes are like nicer less weird versions of what you will see in shops like topshop where you make think something is nice but has "weird buttons" or something. Zara usually has just the perfect fashionable item. The staff are usually willing to help but there are the occasional staff who couldnt care less, and once after helping a member of staff pick up a top she dropped she just took it straight off me and then walked away. The prices are also very reasonable and there are always very good sales :D
