Great place to meet new people, a favourite destination for young tourists, exchange students and also locals to mingle and enjoy a drink. Try the attractions in all the little alleyways around the piazza to get a full taste of the experience!

Usually busy and buzzing and maybe sometimes a little to much, but I love the power of this place and it's symbolism

Campo di Fiori is such an amazing lively piazza. I've lived 3 years 5 min away from it, and I couldn't have done without it.
You can explore campo di fiori at any time of the day and you'll get to experience so many aspects of italian life, from 4am when they setup the street market to early morning where everyone comes to shop and buy the most amazing pizza bianca to the slow afternoon where tourists wander around learning about the statue of philosopher Giordano Bruno (who was burnt alive by the roman inquisition because of his ideas including heliocentrism). Going on to the cool evenings where all the bars and restaurants become alive and attract locals and tourists to late in the night where the piazza can get packed partying until no time!
The heart of rome in my opinion.

The hangout for English speakers at night - backpackers, people just passing by or temping, the young kids attending the local international schools. I find it kind of insular and not very much like one is really experiencing Rome with the Romans, but a perfectly nice place to bump into fellow expats with plenty of bars and space to make fools out of oneself

The centre of Rome, all life is here. The market by day, and the people watching by night. Both equally exciting and truly a Roman expereince not to be missed. Loads of wonderful pizzerias line the square, take seat and watch life go by.

Come early to the market to get the best fruit and veg then go for a grande pizza at pizzeria da baffeto which has some of the best pizza then take a look at the statue of giorano bruno a cleve philospher and hope he didnt look that scary in real life
Forget the flowers from the market unless you live here as you will just have to get rid of them when you leave in a couple of days

A wonderful bustling market place during the day and a vibrant lively place in the evenings. Well worth a visit!.
There are also some great bars on the side streets around it where you can sit and watch the bustle of the market square with a nice cold beer or glass of wine.

A complete jewel of a market to happen upon, stumbling into the light from the maze of surrounding narrow streets full of jewellers and antique shops. Buzzing with life, sellers call you over to inspect a dazzling array of spices, cheese, meat, chocolate and flowers. A lovely mixture of locals and tourists, this place is vibrant from early morning to evening, a brilliant place to have a wander or sit and observe from one of its many cafes. Spot the colourful rooftop washing line amidst the classic architecture. Unmissable.
