This is the perfect shop for both traditional games -- cards, chess, etc. -- and new quirky ones, such as the pig-dice or dice-pigs (I forget which), i.e., instead of throwing dice you throw these miniature piglets and read the score according to how they land... Intrigued? Can't imagine? Best to pop in next time you're in Camden Town. You'll find this interesting shop in the "Stables".

I bought a friend a lovely wooden chessboard from here; the place has every sort of chess board, chess piece, chess sets, and other wooden games that you can imagine! The couple who run the store are also very friendly, and I was able to barter on the price! There are old-fashioned games, modern games, card games, and more… there are few shops like it, so it’s definitely worth a look. It’s right by the outdoor food market near Camden lock.
