I went in here looking to buy a new phone to replace my well-loved 6230 that seems to be close to the end of its life - sadly...
I was very pleasantly surprised by how helpful the assistant manager was. It helped that he was completely on my wavelength and a fan of the same phone. He listened attentively to my needs and patiently came-up with suggestions, every time helping to find the least extravagant option.
When I said I wanted to go away and do some more research before buying he continued smiling; gave me his card and promised he'd order in the phone I wanted if it wasn't in stock.
