was okay, i suppose to have a couple of drinks, we had an okay night just played pool, but there are better places to go for a drink which have more lively atmosphere.
Food was so so, although we only tried a few dishes.

The Red Lion is a local pub where mostly local males go to sink a pint or 2. They have pool competitions, darts competitions and hold nights themed on shows like the one with Noel Edmonds nd all those boxes (I've never watched it, so the name is lost on me!). They celebrate St Patricks here and show all the big football games.
It's a good local pub which does not tend to attract trouble - possibly because it is right opposite the local police station. There is a sunday soca music night and a new food service available. Check it out if you fancy a couple of bevvies - not a place you can make a night of it though!
