From what I saw in the site, I expected something much bigger. I just didn't feel comfortable and it was full of people. However, the price is quite good and the trainers are nice people who seems to know their job. Overall I am a bit disappointed. Maybe my standards are high but I really expected more.

Sequin Park Women’s Gym is an only women’s gym in a very good site but inside its quite small. I went there a few weeks ago to try it out and thought that there is not enough space to work out properly. But classes here fill up really quickly I suppose because it is only women and they have all the latest classes. There is reasonable sized studio with all the CV and resistance equipment especially designed for women. I think that their session on free-weights training was good. A joining fee does apply and members only classes are ballet, yoga and astanga yoga. They do offer flexible membership with the personal touch and each new member is assigned a fitness instructor to tutor and administer the fitness programme. Within the gym there are also beauty and other therapy rooms.
