Inver Ink

Had been looking around and knew the type of design I wanted. But I could never find something exact that struck me as being the right one.

Went in just for a chat, check the place out – and the lassie in there said the best thing would be for the tattooist (can’t remember his name, he was up from Manchester covering while people on hols) to just freehand it to work around my shoulder/bicep/tricep etc. Basically, make the design fit my shape.

He got it bang on, straight away. Dug-in with the needles and the outline was done quickly. Am happy with the price, as people say, you’re paying for the skill – you could possibly get cheaper but I didn’t care. As soon as he’d outlined it, I knew it was what I wanted.

Will be going back to get it filled in and shaded soon. Can’t wait !

Place was very clean, relaxing atmosphere, good bit of banter with the folks in there. My only experience of a tattoo parlour so can’t really say how it compares. Seems excellent to me however.

I GOT A TATTOO HERE WHEN IT FIRST OPENED, WHICH IS A FEW YRS AGO NOW. ANYWAY I TOLD THE GUY WHAT I WANTED, HE WENT AWAY, DREW IT AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, AND HE TOTALLY GOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I HAVE 3 TATTOOS AND THIS BY FAR IS MY FAVOURITE AND DEFO THE BEST QUALITY AND ARTWORK. HAD THE OTHER 2 DONE IN PERTH, YEARS AGO. IF I EVER DECIDE TO HAVE ANOTHER ONE, THEN THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL BE GOING TO. AS THE OTHER REVIEWERS SAID, IT WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND THE GUYS WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. YES AT THE TIME I DID THINK IT WAS A TAD ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, BUT WHEN I SAW THE END RESULT, I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE !!!
WELL DONE YOU GUYS AT INVER INK FOR PROVIDING SUCH A WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY ARTISTIC ENVIRONMENT…….

I got my belly button pierced here a year ago. They didn't pierce it in the right place - the ball didn't sit in my belly button, it sat on the bit of skin above it. The piercing grew out because of this. My cousin also got her belly button pierced here a couple of weeks after and they did the same thing to her. Strongly would NOT recommend getting a piercing here! I am now left with a horrible scar

These people are absolutely incredible!!! My wife got two, my son one, and I got two tats done here and they are everything we wanted. Billy and Anthony took great care of us, their artwork is quite excellent. We are going back in a couple of weeks for more work. I am hoping to start a dragon backpiece and my wife will be getting some more art as well!!

I have been going to Inverink now for almost a year, and do not feel the prices are too bad, yes they may be a bit dearer than other tatooists in Inverness and the surrounding area's but the work you get done is different class. I have had work by other"artists" in the Inverness area, and also when it came to getting a new tattoo. I had a look round the shops in Inverness at there work, which I can only say is amature. I'm sorry if your complaining about prices from there, you either dont care about the work you get done(which is there for life), or excuse me for saying this are too cheap too spend a bit of money on a good tatoo, by a real artist. Like you said yes you should look about, but there is no decent tatooists in Inverness so you have to travel else where, which if you take into consideration is going to increase the price of your tattoo. I.E travel, accomadation, food and what ever else you get up to. I will be back at Inverink this week too get somemore work done to my sleeve, and will leave a happy customer.

My wife was in today 30/9/2009 and they were great with her the quality of the tattoos are great and would recommend them to anyone
the place was spotless and the staff great and so inviting thank you very much as u made my wifes day Tam
