forgot to add something to my order so made a very quick phone call to them and within minutes they had refunded postage on the second order. very good service with no messing about, and the website is set up well. allways have the parts i need and i have alot of models, would highly recommend!!

I've only just started using WHEELSPIN MODELS and can honestly say i'm so glad i did, the service is fantastic, ( order one day here the next) and the website is superb, i will be using WHEELSPIN MODELS for all my modelling needs in the future,  highly recomended!!

Ordered for the first time with Wheelspin and went for the free postage option. It says 48hours but was at my door in just over 24hrs. From placing order to delivery I was informed what was happening with my parcel. 
Have to say the delivery was the best I have ever experienced. I was told ever step of the way even given a option for neighbour to except parcel and given an hours window when the driver would deliver and he was spot on. Cant recommend Wheelspin enough.
As for price it was the cheapest I could find online and free postage. A+++++++

I have used Wheelspin models for several orders, the most recent being for a "Traxxas Slash 4wd".
 I e-mailed for a price match, and with in a short time I had a reply and a matched price (including free delivery). I have found all my orders placed have been delivered VERY promptly,(standard delivery)   makes a pleasant change to deal with an efficient and courteous company.  I would have no hesitation in repeat use, or recommending them to my friends.
The web site is well laid out, and easy to find parts when searching,
NO - I don't work for this company - or have any ties what so ever, in fact - I live at the other end of the country, waaay down South on the Kent coast !

I was very disappointed with the service. Have ordered from them before and was brill but put an order in for£60+ and paid £6.95 for 24 hour delivery and is going to be delivery on the 2nd of April when I ordered it on the 27th unacceptable. When I rang to discus the matter the staff was extremely rude! Will not recommend the 24hr delivery to ANYONE !!!!!!!!

    I can see your order was placed at 20:18 on 27th March and was dispatched on Thursday the 28th (as it was placed after 17:00 hours, when we are closed).

    Given it’s Easter, we have a 4 day bank holiday weekend in the UK, so any shipments dispatched on Thursday will be out for delivery on the Tuesday. I appreciate this is frustrating, but all courier companies in the UK shut down over the bank holiday weekend and will not be operating deliveries. This is mentioned on our site, and we are of course happy to confirm any queries you may have via email or telephone.

    I’m sorry we couldn’t help further on this occasion, but I genuinely feel we’ve done everything we’ve promised we would do on your order, and I’m sorry to see you’re disappointed by this.

They also have a first rate system for advice.
Their range of models and spares is comprehensive.
