Fancy dress factory, Glasgow

This is a fantastic shop. Staff second to none. Fancy dress items fantastic also sells loads of accessories, haberdashery and wool and many other items. Staff are fantastic and very helpfull. will definitley use this shop for many years to come!!!!

Went in for a fancy dress outfit for a ball, I got a fantastic outfit, also got some bits and bobs from haberdashery section that I had been seraching for, great service. Will be back soon. Thanks for all your help

Fab shop, they dont just sell fancy dress. I was in with my mum and she was amazed at the haberdashery and wool they have. We got a load of stuff for my friends sons birthday party. I would recommend Fancy Dress Factory to everyone.

I recently ordered 9 childrens 60s dresses from the shop for a ballet show and received an email the next morning advising that the sizes I required were not all available. However Louise advised me that they had these items in the next size up and that they had measured them against the size I required and that the difference was only 2 inches. Lousie also advised that they had contacted the suppliers that morning only to be advised that the item had been discontinued. I was given the option to cancel my order or have the larger sizes sent and was asked to either email or phone them to advise. I phoned as soon as a received the email and a lovely lady named Annette dealt with my enquiry. I have asked for the items to be sent and will definately be shopping with the store again after the excellent customer service I experienced. Thank you. Lynne.

I went to this shop not sure what outfit to buy, the staff very helpful in giving me ideas of outfits for my 3 year old daughter's birthday present. I bought a snow white outfit which she loves. They had loads of outfits and accessories in all sizes. It was also good value. I will definitely be back!

Great shop with fab prices. Have had outfits for haloween, christmas/birthday presents for the kids dressing up boxes and outfits/ accessories for stag and hen nights. Will definately be back soon as can always find an excuse for dressing up.

Our Easter Parade was brilliant. The kids loved the big Chicken and bunny costumes. All the kids had great fun fun decorating their Easter bonnets. Great selection of Easter bonnet decorations, chicks and decorative eggs etc. We will definatley be shopping at Fancy Dress Factory again...will be back for our Halloween costumes!
