They scratched ALL the negatives of one film, and COMPLETELY DESTROYED a second. I can only assume they didn't at first check the Kodak processing guidelines for 3200, and let some light to it, as it was completely exsposed.
They refused to accept any responsibility or give a replacement film, and were rude and incompetent in general. Do not trust them with any film processing, the staff are arrogant and evidently have no clue what they are doing. I don't know how they're still running.
