As for my Rating – your rating box does not provide for my Rating: Minus 5 and falling !! ( like the weather forecast Falling). Don’t say you have not been warned !!!
A refund was agreed back in August 2011 and despite I continuously making phone call to customer support and sending emails to both customer support and accounts sections the refund still outstands. Despite numerous requests that RoomsNet.com respond to my calls and emails they continue to ignore my requests and fail to a) make the refund to my account and b) to either respond by phone or email. they have of course been able to send numerous mails to my email address inviting me to avail of many offers and discounts (to spend more money with them – how could you expect me to either avail of any of the offers or recommend them to any of my family or friends when they fail to honor your commitment to make agreed refund. Does this suggest to would be customers that RoomsNet.com is a reputable organization with which to do business and one which you could trust? I await, in hope rather than confidence, to their response to my numerous communications.
