I’m not sure where i went then , the guy who did my hair was rude and surly ,
Hardly said a word to me made me feel like i should not have been therewas an awful experience would NEVER go back there .
They say when you have a good experience you tell a few people , when you have a bad one you tell lots of people
I have to put a star rating to post sadly there are no – stars

This is a beautiful, bright, modern salon in central Cambridge. It is busy, but extremely well organised, so you never have to wait long. It’s a good idea to book early though, especially if you want an appointment at the weekend or in the evening. All members of staff, from the receptionist who takes your coat to the stylists themselves, are very friendly without being overbearing.
Hairdressers in Cambridge are expensive - and Reeds is no exception. However, if you book in as a model during one of their training sessions, a haircut will only set you back £10 while colouring or highlights will set you back £25. Bargain! It may take a bit longer for your cut or colour to be completed, but the result is always just as flattering as if performed by a more senior member of staff. The trainees are well supervised and you are not made to feel any less valued as a customer than if paying full price.

Love this salon, have been coming here for about 2 years now, used ot go to scruffs but found they became over priced and never had the wow factor for me. I find Reeds are so friendly, the reception girls are always friendly and chatty, they never sound stressed out and the atmosphere at the salon is lovely and calming. Have my hair cut and coloured here every 3-4 months, the girls i use do a grand job, im always happy with the results, my colour is always perfect and the cut is great,it lasts until the next time i get it done which is a sign of a great hairdresser. They never cut too much off your hair which some other salons are terrible for. I love the way they treat the customers here, you do feel valued and you get great service and attention. Love the massage chairs and the coffee is great. It is pricey here, but i believe you get what you pay for.

Reeds is my favourite salon. I only go to this salon, and so do my friends. They open late about three evenings a week so I can actually make it. The weekend appointments are snapped up pretty fast.
They have massage chairs and twinkling lights at the basin, and a fun atmosphere every time i've been.
They also have a card system so you can get freebies the more times you go (although I have a great knack of failing to pack my card every time!).
They also sell a variety of products and offer comprehensive advice on what will suit you best. Great find.
It is quite pricey, but show me a hairdresser in the south-east that isn't!
