I have been afan of Pierre Marcolini chocolates since he had a shop in London now I find myself making continental trips to fufil my chocolate fix.

His cake creations are worth the Eurotunner trip across the channel with a wide variety of high quality chocolates.

In Belgium the title “chocolatier” has to be earned and Pierre Marcolini is one of the few who has earned it.
