I didn't think it would be that simple. The application process was quick and the turn around time for a decision was very quick and you provided very competitive terms for the loan. Over all I was very happy with my loan and would apply for one again.

I have used cash genie a couple of times and have had no problems, everything has been great, and the staff have been friendly and helpful.

I would recommend cash genie to others, I personally think these bad comments are made up, since there is nothing wrong with any of the process.

If you can afford to pay cash genie back then don’t apply.

I like how it was was really easy and fast. I like how it approved me within seconds. I would recommend this website to my friends and family if they need cash now. I like how it emails you the conformation and status of your loan. I really enjoyed not going to a loan store and enjoyed the direct deposit. Its great how there are different option of money you can borrow.

I have had a few loans with cash genie and had no hassle in receiving my money and no problems with payments to cash genie. Everything was so affordable and was easy to apply and I can’t fault the service, it was such a great service and found it all great. So I would recommend cash genie to anyone.

I have to say when taking out a loan with cash genie it was so fast and an easy way to get funds, in such a short time.
Everything was so clear to read and follow on the process and it makes sure that you won’t make any mistakes.

I have taken out about 3 loans with Cash Genie. they have the option for you to extend the loan (with a one off payment which comes off of the total amount to pay back) if you cannot pay the loan back on time. also you can pay back on the loan WHENEVER you want (minimum £5) which means they are very flexible.. they do not charge for you to pay back early (of course).I recently fell into arrears with Cash Genie on my last loan by forgetting to extend the loan, after 2 days of my account being in arrears they contacted me via email to ask me wether I would like the interest frozen and to take 3 equal monthly payments to pay off the arrears (you can choose the dates when the money comes out). I still owe 2 monthly payments but true to their word the interest has frozen. I am very happy with their service and would definately recommend. The ONLY thing i would say with Cash Genie is their APR is EXTREMELY high.. but this is stated BEFORE you apply with them and that is your perogative. really helped me out in a time of need.

The servicing for the payday loan application was fast and thorough. I asked questions and the representative was patient and complete with her answers. I was given the necessary time to read the agreement and not rushed. Additionally, the representative was friendly. What I did not like was when I asked questions to satisfy my anxiety, the representative answered them, however, she did laugh a little bit, and I believe she should not have. those questions were important to me and I needed to ask them. One other aspect that surprised me was that the customer service representative called me after I looked at the offer. I had no idea that they would be calling so quickly, and it caught me off guard. It was not a big deal, however, I would have preferred knowing that the call was coming. I would recommended the service to a friend and I would say that overall the company and service is customer service friendly, courteous, fast and thorough. So thanks Cash Genie.

I use Cash Genie regularly . These guys have been the quickest and easiest to deal with so far. I applied on their website, and after a call from them asking a few questions and confirming my bank account details the cash was put into my account 2 hours later. Makes a change not having to fax documents! No extra charges for recieving the money same day
