UK Pet Food, Formby, Liverpool

We returned a damaged bag of dog food nearly two months ago and despite countless email and phone messages we have been totally ignored. We are now £28 out of pocket and it would now seem that this will never be refunded due to no communication possible with this company.
We have never ever had such terrible service from an on line company and like the customer who ordered fish tanks and never recieved them we also consider it to be no more than theft!!!!!!!!!

No stars, this company is a scam, took my money, and I even have receipt to prove it. And tried emailed twice, and called twice, no chance for my order to be seen. These people needs to go to jail.

Ive never been so messed around by an online company, as I have by this one. I ordered 2 fish tanks, as xmas presents for my children, on the 7th Dec to the sum of 157 pounds and promptly received a confirmation of my payment. However, thats where the service ended. I have phoned and phoned and phoned, left numerous answer phone messages, written letters.....yet still I have been unable to get hold of anyone to discuss my missing items and this has been going on since the 7th Dec!!! I just cant believe this company is advertising a buisness when you cant even speak to someone to discuss/resolve customer issues, this resorts to nothing more than theft in my eyes. I know the company are getting my messages, unless theyve eloped to another country, inwhich case I am now having to resort to legal advice to reclaim my money!!!

I am in the process of trying to contact this company regarding goods to the value of £32 which are missing from an online order. There never seems to be anyone answering the telephone number and my email has been ignored thus far.
The issue may lie with the courier CityLink but I am unable to find this out as communication is so bad.
Not impressed at all - fast to take the money but poor service.

Great value and excellent service - on three occassions. From placing the order to receiving delivery took just 24 hours each time. The pricing is very reasonable too - Hills cat food is half price for example.

Excellent quality, service and cost for this my first order. I will continue to use and recommend others to try them.

I was really impressed by the service. They offered the lowest price, free delivery with orders over £40 and the best bit was that it arrived the following day, despite postal strikes. I'd not hesitate to use them again.

I can't fault the service I received when buying from ukpetfood.com. Next-day delivery, and very competitive prices, make this a great place to shop.
