shamrock dry cleaners

Shamrock is a very reliable dry cleaners-they have never lost or damaged anything of mine and they do a good job for a fair price. I have never been dumbstruck with amazement to see an old coat returned to new, but this has only ever happened to me once, when I went to a very pricey specialist cleaners, and I paid through the nose for the privilege.

My real reason for reviewing Shamrock is to sing the praises of the alterations tailor who has been there for as long as I can remember,and whose services I only recently tried for myself.

His work is stunningly good-I experimented initially with jeans and, as my confidence grew,more expensive trousers until (the ultimate test!) even my Nicole Farhi velvet slouch flares were entrusted to him by my only marginally shaking hands.The finished article was, again, immaculate.
His current rates are just silly-I am almost ashamed to say that I paid only £10 for each alteration. The five star rating actually belongs to him.
