hi i went for a filling, at bristol james hull dental surgery, on the 28/01/10 at 9/10am, the lady how helped the dentist was rude, she was NOT good at all. she left him on his own, after slamming the dor on me, i complained to the reception, i was told she is an agency staff, not ours, i told them i am paying you £45.60 NOT the agency.

i gone back the following day to see the doctor to tell the problem
the Doctor told me it will be ok in view days
But Never Happened and the pain continue it cost me to remove my wisdom tooth for good
i will never go back james hull in my life

I went here at the beginning of September 2011 with tooth ache.The women dentist i saw was Mison El jiadi. She was so incredibly rude and aggressive. I asked her questions regarding my teeth and she was arrogant aggressive and defensive. I came out crying! ..I almost felt it was a racist attack towards me. Her attitude is disgusting..even the women who went in after me came out crying!
..I had tooth decay in 1 tooth and she referred me to the hospital apparently. .But when i spoke to the practice manager she said route canal is meant to be done at the practice?..so then i waited to hear what was going to happen and i didnt hear anything? so I rang up and the practice Manager tells me that Mison El Jiadi said there is no problem?!?!?! But when the manager looked at my notes they clearly state i have a tooth decay issue so I ahve to come back to see another dentist…The women ( Mison El Jiadi ) should not be a practising Dentist! I have never felt so insulted in all my life. Her people skills are appalling.

This dental practise is one of the few still accepting NHS patients onto its books. It’s a busy practice and I've always had good and attentive dental care here. The receptionists are efficient and run a proficient appointment reminder service. Today I had a long wait to be seen, but notices up in reception inform patients that this is frequently the case now with the new NHS contracts. I've never previously had to wait this long. If you are waiting here, the reception is the height of boredom with not one magazine to pass the time and the toilet was not stocked with any soap, toilet roll or paper towels. Small things but they make a difference. Also parking around here is a total nightmare.
