This is a legend in the West End. A great place during the day or evening.The live music on Sundays is great. In the summer folk tend to spill out onto the beer garden and it adds to the great atmosphere along Ashton Lane.

A great irish pub!

This is a small yet worthwhile pub to visit when spending time in the West End of Glasgow, located perfectly around the corner from the Hillhead St. Underground, Jinty's in on Glasgow's famous Ashton Lane. I can undoubtedly say that this is amongst my favoured places in Glasgow. Pop in here for a fab pint of guinness and a wee bit o the craick and then wander up and down the lovely cobbled lane to enjoy the general ambience of this Glasgow back street! Often some live music plays and you will always find an interesting local to chat away to.

Although small the pub is well-laid out with booths down the side. The Guiness Barrels outside add a wee touch of Irish welcome and the background tunes are usually of Pogue-like ilk. If you like Guinness its a MUST!!!

Be careful of Saturday nights - you could be queuing a wee while for a drink but it would be well worth the wait.
