Never again !

seriously. I went there for a color and a hair cut. I just wanted the same I had, just shorter. While I have to admit the color was ok, the cut was a nightmare, I kept saying that I wanted short behind and long in front but the girl spend way more time combing my hair rather than cutting. In the end I was so tired that I told her to CUT, and unfortunatly, this is when she chose to listen. This has to be why I now have the same haircut than when I was 6 ... Two hours and a alf for a color and a cut are way too long for me and really I would never go there again.
Maybe I was unlucky since the girl totally looked like she had no idea about what she was doing.... certainly a trainee, but in my opinion, they should mention it when they are still in formation and leave the choice to the client to take the risk.
The good point is, I was so tired in the end that I just wanted to leave, at all cost. 80 euros was the cost, I paid and I ran away.

Toronto is definitely the best hairdresser in berlin! super friendly people, very relaxed atmosphere, absolutely excellent service and very competitive prices. this is the place to go if you care about your hair!

Ich bin ebenfalls etwas verblüfft, welche Bewertungen für Toronto vergeben werden. Vielleicht habt ihr alle glatte Haare, denen kann man ja bekanntlich mehr Schnitt geben, als lockigem Haar.
Als ich mich entschlossen hatte meine schulterlangen, lockigen Haare schneiden zu lassen, um dem Ganzen eine "echte" Frisur zu geben, war das Ergebnis ehrlich gesagt sehr bescheiden.
Trotz angenehmer, netter Friseurin mit der ich alles besprochen hatte, konnte ich keinen Funken Talent in Ihrem Geschnipsel feststellen. Ich bin da sicherlich an die Falsche geraten, denn im Hintergrund föhnte und stylte ein männlicher Kollege eine Kundin, die später richtig klasse aussah. Meine Haare dagegen wurden einfach ohne Plan immer kürzer und fusseliger, bis ich ihr sagen musste, das sie aufhören sollte. Mir wurde zwar noch angeboten gerne wiederzukommen, um das ein oder andere zu korrigieren. Aber nachdem ich trotz Abbruch und Hinweis auf meine Unzufriedenheit 55 € bezahlt habe, war ich ehrlich gesagt bedient.
Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Punkt vergeben.

Fazit: Haar ist nicht gleich Haar und Friseursalon ist nicht gleich Friseur. Bei den Bewertungen der stylischen Hairdresser nicht nur auf den Salon schauen, sondern bitte auch den angeben, der geschnitten hat. Hinzu kommt die Angaben der eigenen Haarstruktur und Bedürfnisse, dann kann man die Bewertung auch einschätzen.

Wenn mir jemand einen tollen Friseur nennen kann, der mit gelockten Haaren umgehen kann UND style hat, wäre ich sehr dankbar. Ich will ja nicht aussehen wie Mutti, sondern gerne besonders.

Well, first, i like the atomsphere in this salon. The hair dressers are friendly, professional and bubbly. I always get offered something to drink and if i have to wait, i’m comfortable sat on a nice sofa reading magazines in a peaceful space. Each of the hairdressers has their own particular talents and this is great for me with african hair, finding experienced and skilled hands to take care of my hair in berlin, Fantastic! i would recommend any of my friends to Toronto for hair cuts, colour or styling. I know that they’ll be treated with tender loving care!
