Food was mediocre, service was poor. The restaurant was packed with a loud, obnoxious crowd of winos… probably too packed for the number of people they had working. After being seated it took us about 2 minutes to make our selections but nearly 15 minutes before anyone came back to take our order. It was another 25 minutes for our food to arrive, and 10 more minutes for a bottle of water. How the service can be this slow is beyond my comprehension.
The meatball and mushroom appetizer tasted like cat food. My cod was a bit dry and fishy.. definitely not as fresh as the manager had described it. The Fried potatoes, eggs and sausage dish was basically chips with a fried egg on top and some small chunks of inedibly oversalted meat… hardly a dish you would expect to pay £9.50 for.
I won’t be returning.

My boyfriend and I went to this Spanish restaurant recommended by our friends. This is easily the best Spanish restuarant that we tried in London. We had Jamon de Jabugo, Tortilla de Patata and Gambas Al Ajillo for starter and Paella De Marisco for the main course. They all tasted exceptionally delicious… much more that our expectation. We had a a relatively inexpensive wine to go with the food… Anares 2004. And it was surprisingly good. The Tortilla was really well cooked… with a bit of crisp on the outside and liquid-soft on the inside! Simply perfect! The dinner came up to about £70 for 2 persons and we think it was totally worth it!
The interior is simple and intimate; great for both couples and groups. Overall a fabulous restaurant and I will definitely recommend to everyone.
