If you want chilled and relaxed then this is the place to come, the beauty treatments are amazing, I had an ESPA Men's purifying facial shoulder and scalp massage which lasted an hour, it left me so relaxed, just stunning. Don't be fooled into thinking the spa is all singing and dancing, it's a small pool, 1 jaccuzi and a small steam room so if your a water baby this may not be for you, however the lunch was great and you are not herded around as you are sometimes at other spa's. The service is superb and the staff are extremely friendly. The views are out of this world. I would certainly go back and I'm a water baby too ... a great experience.
