Not prepared to go to a very small amount of effort to accommodate a very simple dietary requirement. Management extremely rude. Have supported this pub throughout the years, so v disappointed.
I quite enjoyed my quick beer here at the weekend. I'm probably teetering between three and four stars, but I can safely say had I spent longer than an hour here, they'd have bagged four stars so let's go with that.
There's more interesting beers than the usual pub - Becks Vier, Star, others I can't pronounce. The pizzas look excellent and it's a light airy pub. Looked like the had free wi-fi too. Hurrah.
I only stayed for one, but I'd come back.

Lovely atmosphere, I felt right at home. The pizzas are fantastic and I have yet to hear a complaint about the other offerings on their menu.
Those nursing a hangover on a Sunday morning can hide from the sun in the comfy basement. Not looking at anyone in particular...

Really nice atmosphere, very friendly and relaxed. Awesome pizza and a good choice of rather delicious beer. Great for a night out with the lads or a nice meal with the missus!

Since we opened late in 2007, The Regent has built up a loyal following and overcome some who may have yawned at the site of yet another gastro type pub in Islington. This is due to the fact that out lovely staff are well respected and this reflects in their attitude to customers. We want all members of the community and visitors to the area to feel at home making use of our great facilities which include free wifi, a gorgeous original 1950s jukebox, papers, games, baby change and toys for the kids who are welcome until early evening.
Our head chef has impeccable standards and the pizza we serve has a fantastic reputation. It is not uncommon for us to hear that it is the best customers have tasted! For those looking for something lighter there are salads and snacks available too. Because we are an independant pub, we can also offer a great range of beers and real ales as well as an excellent wine list.

Formerly known as the Prince Regent, this is a great pub to enjoy a pint of real ale and indulge in a bit of surfing - they provide free WiFi. too! The juke box is loaded with decent tunes and the pizzas are great. Check it out.
