The Beauty Lounge

I recently went in there after I was book somewhere else but they let me down? I found them to be kind friendly and tbh I will be going back my waxing was spot on well worth a try x

I decided to try the Beauty Lounge after becoming tired of the poor service at a previous salon. I haven’t been disappointed as the service here is friendly, personal and generally great! The salon itself is well decorated (which I always think makes a difference), with each room themed differently in a modern style.
The staff are always friendly, chatty and happy to give you advice about different products too. The salon offers all the usual treatments and a good range of appointment times.
Overall, it’s the best salon I’ve been to in Bristol and I would recommend it to everyone.

The Lounge, located on North Street in Bedminster is a great little bar / café which also serves really nice hearty food. The prices are reasonable, about £12 for a steak is the most you’ll pay (and this is for a huge plate of food!) and the specials board often have a real variety – the mussels were really good, as was the stroganoff. They also do a Tapas selection, which is fine if you’re not a huge connoisseur of Spanish food, but beware of the Spanish omelette, the only thing I’ve eaten there which was disappointing. It’s a perfect place to go and chat with friends as the music is quite quiet so the main noise you hear comes from animated chat and laughing!

Currently having an interior make-over itself, the Beauty Lounge offers the usual range of beauty services - waxing for men and women, facials, massage, nail treatments, spa treatments, eyelash / brow tinting and inch loss bodyworks. Waxing is done by the PhD system, which doesn’t use the hot wax pot and I find easier, less messy and kinder to my skin. They also have the St. Tropez spray tan services, fast tan beds and tancabs.
