Happy with their good selection

Really good selection available, two floors with a large shoe section downstairs, and not just all office wear!

I am impressed by the large choice of accessories and shoes. The quality is not excellent but the price is so cheap. The clothes are quite nice and cheap too. The only disadvantage is the low quality but that is fine if you like change your shoes or accessories often.

I think the Moorgate store of New Look is excellent. Look at New Look in 2004, it was shocking, all terrible quality. The recent items are great, like someone said, you can get a real bargain in there, they only introduced the leather shoes in the past couple of years. Underwear is fab too! I use the store for work clothes, avoid shirts, handbags/purses and jewellery, but in general its great, and far less costly than my normal favourite shop Oasis. Fab for short term fashion items that you are going to wear a lot at one time. You get the odd awful item, but the prices are similar to Primark and there is such a difference in quality.

I think the staff are a little unhelpful in the Moorgate store, but overall its really good, a nice modern layout, and they have the most lines I have ever seen in a branch. Overall, much improved, I would have never gone in a New Look a couple of years ago, now in my lunch hour I’m always in there!

I am a big fan of new look, the clothes are stylish yet reasonably priced.

This particular store is ideally located next to Moorgate station and is very spacious with three floors (2 womens, 1 mens) however it gets very busy esp at lunchtimes and the staff are a little slow then.

The big downside is the helpfulness of the staff, on several occassions my colleagues and I have asked if they’ve had various things in stock which they go to look for, never to return. I was also kept waiting ten mins the other day while one sales assistant stood behind the counter marking some vouchers even though it was extremely busy.

I’m not really the right target audience for New Look, not being a teenager, or a fan of cheap disposable fashion.

However i’ve been bowled over by the limited edition line, i’ve brought a beautiful dark pink ruffle shirt (as featured in Grazia) for £30, and each time I wear it I am asked if its Marni/Valentino etc

I do like the shoes also - I brought a pair of black patent wedges that are more comfortable than the identical pair of wedges I brought (for £100 more!) at LK Bennett.

Hint - buy from the website. Its superb and the userability, layout and functionality is very very good (M&S please take notes!)

This is one of the best New Look stores. Firstly, it’s huge, with 2 floors for women and 1 for men. They have all the usual clothes, plus size, maternity, tall and underwear ranges, makeup, gifts, belts, jewellery and a large shoe department. The queues can be very large, especially at lunchtime, but the staff are usually helpful and efficient.

The clothes are all reasonably priced and affordable - the shoes are also a bargain - you can get leather high heels for around £30.

This has 3 floors - two for ladies one for men. Its layout is really modern and looks great. Its such a big store it has great stock variety and you will always find a bargain in there. They stock many trendy clothes and they are all affordable.

New Look is a great fashion store for women,girls and now men as well. With affordable prices, fashionable shoes for £20 and accesories that are catwalk inspired its a must have stop shop on any high st shopping expedition. I recently visited the moorgate branch and have to say I was slightly dissapointed. The shoe selection was great with a good sale and wide choice as was the accessories selection. The clothig however was quite drab and didnt do the store justice. There is a wide range of casual wear, few dresses and i found the clothing to be new looks basics rather than fashion inspired pieces.

When I first moved to London I loved New Look because they stocked sandals in my size, but apart from that the clothes were pretty cheap and basic. Years on, they’ve improved things completely – now it’s a bargain shoppers paradise! Yes, you can find the odd item which borders on cheap and nasty, but mostly, the clothes are well fitted, and great value. Their tshirts and jeans are great staples, they have excellent coats and jackets, and you can find the odd gold fashion find. Unlike Primark, where the clothes look like they’ll fall apart in the wash (and don’t get me started on the shoes) New Look keep it above trashy, and most of all, their shoe range is fantastic these days!! And they still have my size!! Their Moorgate store is my favourite, because it's so big, stylish, clean and inviting. NB – you can now shop online too which is even more good news.

From the Outside, it stands out form all the city buildings because of the colours from inside the store that reminds me of disco dance floors. Probably the trendiest looking New Look I have been into. Apart from the nice and inviting layout of the store, I love going to this Newlook because it is more quiet than the Flagship store in Marble Arch. The way the everything is displayed makes it easy to find things and the assistant are not too busy to help you, which helps. NewLook are of course best for quality, trendy and funky fashion for Man, women and kids. They are one of the best high street retailers at the moment and they are just getting better with their fashion collections every time.
