A small, friendly place in Forest Hill where you can have a good strong cappuccino and a snack, and pick up supplies. They make their own bread and pastries, and a selection of hot food which is all veggie and organic, things like lasagne and spinach pie which are quite stodgy. I usually have the pizza. They'll warm it up and there are a few tables to sit at. They have health foods, cereals, a good selection of flours and some Japanese cooking ingredients. The staff are pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for something special, they can order it for you. Best of all, they carry the full range of Ecover ecological cleaning supplies.
