I’ve been here for drinks a few times in the evenings. There’s a pretty good selection of beers. Nice atmosphere too, even in winter. The interior is clean and orderly. The service is great. Clientele is mostly civillized and respectable. Certainly a good place to watch sports too. I haven’t tried the food, so I’d have to trust previous reviews on that, but overall a very nice place to have a few drinks after dinner.

Popped in here for a late breakfast on the way to the Serpentine Gallery & rather regretted it to be honest. Like many pubs in London the kitchen is sub-let by a Thai concern & whilst I can’t comment on their staple output (although the menus were a bit shabby) I can safely say it can’t be anymore of a let down than their attempt at a Full English - eggs burnt on the bottom & approaching McBreakfast-alike, a fried slice that was suspiciously unfried & mushroooms more boiled than fried. Being British of course I never complained.
Service was fine though & I’d agree with the previous reviewer that its probably a good place to catch a match on the box.

This is a really friendly pub perfect for a drink in the summer. Its geraniums are beautifully kept in the summer and people are crowded around it outside. Many city workers come here for a drink before heading out since it is so near Oxford street. Throughout the year they have a karoeke night every sunday. THere is usually an older crowd that go to this. For the football fans among us, there is a fairly large screen that shows the games and luckily it doesn't seem to get to packed. Drinks are standardly priced but I wouldn't recommend the food. IT is fairly bland.
