Best bikeshop in Munich, as far as I'm concerned! The owner, Hans-Jorg, really knows a lot about bikes and will guide you through the process of choosing a custom-build with substantial expertise. This guy knows what he is talking about, takes time to advise you, letting you ride a test-bike unloaded and loaded, and will design a superb bike for you, whatever your needs. They repair bikes too and I would guess that that same level of care goes into this side of their work.
