I have stayed at the this hotel a few times over the years and I have found a few things I would like to mention.
Cleanliness: 3/ 5 I did notice dust bunnies under the bed ~ behind cabinets and also the the bath area could’ve been cleaned better. But the sink and toilet was good.
Bedding: 3/5 A bit worn and could’ve done with renewing to be honest.
Carpet: 5/5 it was great.
Wallpaper/ paint work. 3/5 A bit outdated ~ really should keep this looking fresh and sparkly.
Helpfulness of staff: 4/5 They do seem helpful during the day but come night-time I have seen better service at other places.
Food. 3/5 Didn’t have a good vegan menu and the food was palatable.
Overall it wasn’t the worse place i have been to but it could’ve been so much better!!!
