Looooved it! I was there three times and I haven't seen all yet :) There is something for every taste and you will never get bored. I especially enjoyed the latest interactive exhibition "Decode: Digital Design Sensations". Great fun for whole family ;)

Great museum, always has at least one interesting temporary exhibit on, and has other things that will appeal to a variety of tastes. I personally love the fashion exhibits, but there are also many artefacts, sculptures, artworks, etc from many different periods. On Fridays it is open late- the exhibitions, the cafe and the shop. The shop has lovely gifts and things, bith related to the temporary exhibitions and from local producers (sculpturers, artists, designers, etc.) Would definitely rcommend a few hours in the V&A to any London visitors!

the V&A is a free museum in the french area of london and shouldn't be missed out.
it is a great international museum divided into different parts. there is a chinese exhibition, a japanese one, a korean one, an arabic one, a european one, and plenty of other interesting things on display such as a history of fashion, the history of the glass, plaster caster of french, german and italian sculptures (including the georgous David) and it holds regular temporary exhibitions (free or not) such as twilights, Che Guevara, JC de Castelbajac etc.
there is also 2 other museums around, the national history museum and the science museum, hyde park at the back and harrods at the end of the road, plan to spend a whole day there!!
