Lovely little restaurant, not too sute about the decor bit tasteless but does lovely food and isnt too badly priced. If you go on valentines or any days with a set menu beacuse it can be a bit basic or may not please if you are a fussy eater.

Images of swashbuckling caped heroes (from different sides of the Atlantic) swirled in my mind as I headed to this Anglo-mexican restaurant. I was to be disappointed by the décor and lack of dress-up waiters however (my hopes of being a damsel-in-distress were dashed!). But the restaurant is small and cosy and the food very well done. Although the menu is pretty straight-forward traditional British and Mexican food, it is tasty and the portions generous. And for a quick bite before going to the Apollo, this makes for a nice start to any evening.
