I used to frequent this restaurant from 1981-1983 when I lived in Giessen and was serving in the US Army. Even now I still remember the fantastic Lasagna with the very thin noodles and wonderful cheese blend (Michele’s family recipe). The Pizza with the Egg cooked in the middle was also a rare and delightful experience. Service was always fantastic and Michele made you feel as if you were family. My last meal in Germany was at Michele’s. Some day I hope to return.
