We went to Cafe Fiori for dinner on 12 October 2009. We had pizza, pasta and pepsi. Food was very good! Service was slow but we were in no hurry. We were on the go all day so it felt good to sit for a long time.

My partner and I have been passing Fiori quite often so the last time we went to Leicester Square on 24 January, we gave it a try for an after meal desert.
Upon coming in as I usually come to a restaurant/cafe, I smiled to the attendant. She replied with a cold look. I thought OK, that was not very polite but maybe she was just busy.
There were only 2 seats left by the window so my partner went there first, wanting to reserve the seats while I was to order our meal and drink.
But before we were even near the table, another waitress with a very strong foreign accent stopped us as asked very rudely and coldly “Do you want to eat or drink?” to which I replied “Maybe some drink (it is a cafe, the first thing on your mind would be to grab a cup coffee/tea!)
The waitress said “We don’t do drink-only here” in which my partner replied “Well my girlfriend wants to have some desert as well”.
She replied again, very rudely “Ok you wait I will clean the table first”.. but we were so put off by her impoliteness that we left the place immediately! I remember even slamming the door! I could hear the other cafe staffs commenting on my shock in a FOREIGN LANGUAGE! How rude!
First of all if you do not let customers to have only drink (quite odd in a big city like London I must say), then let them know prior coming into the cafe. Put a notice board on the door “Sorry we do not do drinks-only”.
If you really must tell the customers orally then do it politely. I swear to you I receive better service in budget sidewalk stalls in Jakarta, Indonesia then in Fiori. Not recommended.

Great stop after a night of drinking, or when you just need a big ol’ breakfast sandwich. Egg & cheese on wheat, with ketchup, pepper and hot sauce… mmm… keep you full until a late lunch for just £2.50. May have to go back one morning when I’m extra ravenous and get it with bacon too.

A cracking, greasy, egg and bacon sandwich, served with a smile in the morning. Featuring not only 4 rashers of bacon, but also 2 runny eggs, this is guaranteed not only to test the limits of the NHS, but also to make your colleagues extremely jealous. Pics to follow!

the café Fiori is a place where my mates and I like to meet because it is so close to leicester Sqaure and it is so convenient.
It also has a small terrace outside where it is very nice to sit down for a coffee and a cigarette while watching the passers-by.
they have a good range of food, paninis, bagels, pizzas and beers or wine to go with it.
the place is nice, quite busy but there is enough space for everybody to sit down.
you'd better not be in too much of a hurry to be served because the waitresses are not really into making sure they satisfy all your desires but it is affordable, which is great in that area of our money swallowing city and it is not too much trouble getting there as it is opposite Leicester Square tube station.
