Great friendly staff and very good at what they do. Sugaring is generally less painful than waxing and the therapists always make sure they get rid of all the hair and treat any ingrowns you may have.

Been coming here for more than 18 months now, and I enjoy my little natters with Tracy as much as I am pleased with end result. This is a really friendly place, clean and smart, and the prices are very reasonable for somewhere in the heart of the West End. There's not much pain involved and, as they say on the website, you're more likely to laugh than yelp! Results are excellent and long-lasting, and you can book your next treatment as you leave. Priced according to hairiness, and Tracy will tidy up extra areas if she reckons they need doing. Highly recommended, and they don't mind you bringing your bike in!

To ask for an enjoyable waxing session may be too much, so I'm happy if at least I can relax.
Fortunately XIT is a place that puts you at ease with what's coming. The beautician was nice and chatty, but not too chatty, professional and quick.
The sugaring techinique is hygienic, efficient and less painful that regular wax (no burning and no enlarged pores), and XIT is in right in the heart of Soho but none of that adds to the bill.
It's actually cheaper than many salons in North London! I think I've just bookmarked this one.

I had tried many other hair removal salons simply for a sack treatment and was generally pretty disappointed by the level of expertise and customer care.

I met Sean and Tracy for the first time and was immediately impressed by their unassuming professionalism and the high standard of their facilities. I am now a regular there and have entrusted back, sack, crack, nose and ears hair removal by their wonderful expertly performed sugar process. It is much less painful than waxing and the end result is far longer lasting.

Above all, Sean makes me feel at ease and no matter how often I come I get a fully attentive careful treatment with an attention to detail that is second to none.

If you have never tried X-IT i thoroughly recommend that you do - especially if you have tried inferior sugaring or waxing salons in the past. Sean & Tracy get an A++++ from me every time

I use to work in a salon abroad in greece that only offered waxing. On my return to the UK i discovered X It in Soho, which are specialist in sugaring. I had never heard of this before and was intrigued on how this was done and what would be the difference? Well 2yrs later and i no longer go anywhere else for hair removal. There is little heat involved, completely natural no chemicals involved and always let left me with the best results aka hairless in the right places. The stress of going for such an appointment should be instantly soothed by a charming demeanour (tick) and clean, pretty space (tick) and a professional at work (tick).
They know their business, and do it well, using sugar (don't ask just try!) so it doesn't hurt as much as normal.
Also great feature, if you ring back they know your account and will ask what treatments you would like by name, so you can make the call from your office without trying to breathe out the word bikini in a room full of men!
