Crussh looks like it's putting itself up as a first floor rival to lovejuice (trying to take advantage of people too lazy to go to the ground floor, probably) by providing freshly-made juices and smoothies, with the option of adding 'boosters'.
Unfortunately, the service is diabolical. (Ironically, when I went to look up more details about Crussh just now, their website read 'Service unavailable'.)
Crussh make you order your drink in advance before sending you to the dispensing area. A fairly normal practice for people used to Starbucks, but after 15 minutes of waiting for your drink, you begin to wonder if the real reason they do this is to grab your money before you decide you'd be better off popping into the Boots opposite to get a drink.
It's bad enough that they don't have enough capacity to cope with the demand, but when the staff are just mucking around and flirting with each other instead of making the drinks efficiently, it's hard not to get irate.
The juices were good but so not worth a 15 minute wait, especially at the extortionate prices charged.
