At the backstage you can also eat and drink well behind the building on the meadow beneath the parasol. The choice of dishes can be clearly seen, the service top. You're being served well and promptly - but not terrorised constantly with questions. The chef deserves a commendation - all crispy and prepared to the 't'. Noticeable particularly in the Neustadt: you have space. The restaurant isn't right in the middle of all the hectic.
