Awful service, poor mannered manager. Complete utter disgrace with no appreciation of customers and service With that attitude this business deserves to be shut down. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I have made a serious complaint to groupon about this business, how can groupon a professional company partner with such a lousy business. My friend works for watchdog and they are interested in this story. We were treated like utter crap by the ‘manager’ who basically called us liars for apparently not calling in with voucher details when we obviously did. She obviously just decided to bump us out with any notification whatsoever. What did we get from her not an apology but verbal abuse. sour faced cow. Never in a milliion years did I think i would get treated like that in any business.

Unfortunately Re-Spa can not accommodate for Groupon customers that do not provide them with voucher and security codes. This is both a Groupon and a Company policy. It is also crucial to provide contact details that are correct so you can be contacted in case of cancellation.
They also retain the right to remove appointments if a customer is verbally abusive to staff members.
‘Sour faced cow’ was one of the many verbally abusive phrases and words used to insult staff members by the client and this is why they were advised to go to Groupon to get a refund.
