Pimlico library is a small local library close to Pimlico tube. It is not in the nicest part of Pimlico (right under/next door to some shabby looking apartments) but is open reasonably long hours (for a local library) and has a modest selection of books. It’s good for locals but I wouldn’t come here otherwise.

It stocks books, CDs, DVDs, newspapers, magazines, a small number of games and has a couple of niches groups (e.g. manga/anime).

Staff are generally helpful, however can get busy and flustered. I don’t know if this is true, but the service you get feels like they are volunteers and they aren’t out to really help a great deal.

I don’t understand why you have to line up to return a book rather than simply put it into a returns box.
