Compliment

Brixton Market is a revelation, a fantastic place to go for a stroll and pick out a bargain or two. Hundreds of stalls, selling all sorts, from clothes and shoes at knockdown prices, budget cleaning products, arts and crafts, carpets, flowers, the lot. The best part of it for me is the food stalls. I haven't had the guts to opt for some of the more extreme cuisine, such as the saltfish, but the vegetable shops of which there are many, keep our house stocked with cheap vegetables, masses of peppers or aubergines or whatever for a pound. Never will I buy veg from sainsburys again.
