It's difficult for the Lowry Outlet Village to compete when there is the monster that is the Trafford Centre just 10 minutes drive away.
What the Lowry does have is a Cinema that you won't have to queue endlessly to use, outlet stores (some good, some not), and a wonderful view outside of the Imperial War Museum. The Lowry is opposite so you can also pop in and look at the art.
For the actual shopping, I can't honestly say it is amazing although Marks, Molton Brown and Claires has good bargains. But it is worth a visit as it is close to so many other significant landmarks.
