If you are going to live dangerously and visit this pub then make sure especially if travelling by tube to choose your exit very carefully.Believe you me its all too easy to emerge from a network of passage ways and find yourself on the wrongside of the street or abandoned on a traffic island. Logistics apart, this is a must see pub because of its extraordinary decor which has some of finest examples of Edwardian Bronze and Marble Art Noveau to be found anywhere in the UK.
The Adnams,Fullers,London Pride,Timothy Taylor Landlord are all the usual standbys alongside some guest beers. There is a decent range of wines by the glass and plus a fruit machine. We were impressed by the straight forward bar food which included sandwiches at 4.25,ham,eggs and chips for 6.95,sirloin steak 9.95. The service is prompt and friendly
