If you appreciate good quality tea and coffee, or want a gift for an aficionado, this shop is worthy of your time. Miles away from supermarket blends, the offerings here are the genuine article.

Prices reflect this but the quality shines through. As I discovered when I bought my delicious, if expensive, organic oolong tea. I was told that one can - and should - re-use the same leaves in the pot, up to six times. (Sounds bizarre, I know!) The tightly wound leaves uncoil and become unrecognisable from what most of us have come to know as tea. The taste is delicate, refreshing and very drinkable.

Ask to try anything that takes your fancy, or that you are unfamiliar with, and the staff will make you a brew and provide suggestions of others you might enjoy. They also have free bi-weekly evening tasting events when you can compare and contrast different teas and coffees.
